Model: Johnson and Johnson, Eyhance, 20D, enhanced monofocal, clear
Eyhance IOL (Johnson & Johnson) is a monofocal IOL developed to improve intermediate vision by continuously increasing refractive power in the center.
With Eyhance IOL (Johnson & Johnson), the USAF resolution target appears as clear as a monofocal IOL at 6 meters. This is typical of recently released refractive multifocal IOLs. The target gradually blurs as it gets closer, and at about 100 centimeters, it becomes slightly clearer than a monofocal IOL before blurring again.
Eyhance IOL (Johnson & Johnson) has a similar level of halo around bright lights (traffic lights, car headlights, and taillights) at night to that of a monofocal IOL. This is typical of newer refractive multifocal IOLs.

Eyhance IOL (Johnson & Johnson) provides a clear view of distant buildings, much like a monofocal IOL. This is typical of recently released refractive multifocal IOLs. However, a closer look reveals a slight decrease in clarity compared to a monofocal IOL.

Eyhance IOL (Johnson & Johnson) has virtually no halo around bright lights at night, just like monofocal IOLs. This is typical of newer refractive multifocal IOLs.
