With Ophtec's Precizon presbyopia-correcting multifocal intraocular lens, distant buildings appear slightly hazy, as if in a fog, compared with a monofocal intraocular lens. This is similar to the phenomenon typically seen with diffractive rather than refractive multifocal intraocular lenses.

This is a video showing the image of the target at various distances with Optech's Precizon presbyopia-correcting intraocular lens.
At 6 meters it appears slightly hazy, as if fogged, compared to a monofocal intraocular lens.
As the target gets closer it gradually blurs, then becomes clear at about 60 cm, and then appears blurred again.
