존슨앤존슨사의 퓨어씨 렌즈는 굴절형 다초점인공수정체 (또는 초점심도 확장형 인공수정체)로 가운데가 약간 볼록하게 올라와 있는 형태입니다 .

With Puresee IOL (Johnson & Johnson), USAF resolution target was clear as with monofocal IOL at 6 meters.This is typical of recently released refractive multifocal IOLs. The target gradually becomes blurred as the resolution target get closer, becoming clear again around 59 cm before becoming blurred again.

존슨앤존슨사의 퓨어씨에서는 밤에 밝은 빛 (신호등, 자동차 전조등, 후비등)주위로 빛번짐이 단초점인공수정체보다 조금 더 있는 수준으로 회절형 다초점인공수정체보다는 훨씬 작습니다. 이는 최근에 출시되는 굴절형 다초점인공수정체에서 전형적으로 보이는 현상입니다.

존슨앤존슨사의 퓨어씨 렌즈에서는 단초점인공수정체와 거의 유사하게 먼거리에 있는 건물이 깨끗하게 보이니다. 이는 최근에 출시되는 굴절형 다초점인공수정체에서 전형적으로 보이는 현상입니다. 다만, 아주 자세히 보면 단초점인공수정체에 비하여 선명도가 아주 약간 떨어집니다.

    Thank you so much for these impressions and the website. I got this lens from J&J. For me the glare around lights at night are not as severe as it appears on the night picture and the video. Also daylight image in the distance appears sharper than the picture of the building suggests. So overall more positive than expected.

      Thank for your comments. I am using many Puresee IOL for my patients and very limited number of patients complain of halo. Our retina and brain are much better than my mobile model eye. This is a comparative study, I kindly ask you to review the results of these IOLs in comparison to the outcomes of monofocal lenses.
